Laurel Oak Community Association

Laurel Oak Estates is a gated community located on Bee Ridge Road, east of I-75 in Sarasota.

Our 813-acre community encompasses 346 homes and 60 villas.  Only thirty-five percent of the land has been developed for residential use and was meticulously designed around hammock areas, wetlands and heavily wooded areas which preserve the natural character of the site.  The balance is devoted to common areas and amenities, including Laurel Oak Country Club.
